Strategic Intelligence Labs are live, facilitated strategic thinking sessions designed to help leaders apply structured thinking to real leadership situations.

Each lab is built around the Strategic Intelligence framework:
During these sessions, participants work through real leadership scenarios and decision situations using structured questions, diagnostic tools, and facilitated discussion.
These are not webinars or lectures. They are applied thinking environments where leaders slow down decision-making, examine assumptions, and identify more aligned leadership actions.
Strategic Intelligence Labs are held quarterly and each session is 90 minutes in length.

Receive practical tools and reflection resources that can be applied immediately within your teams and organizations.
Most sessions qualify for continuing education or recertification credit through many professional credentialing bodies, depending on the participant’s certification requirements.
